At present two people prepare the meal we serve at St John’s Messy Church. One of them will soon retire and so we need a replacement. Unless someone steps forward to help with meal preparation Messy church will have to stop as it is too much for one person. Messy Church meets nine times in the year and this work would involve purchasing ingredients, preparation of food, setting up for and cleaning up after early refreshments, serving food and clearing up. Janice Estcourt will be pleased to give you more information if you feel that you can help. Messy Church has been running for four years now with 25 to 30 children coming each time. The team would like it to be able to continue.
